How it works

Open fire doors close when the building alarm sounds

The fire door holder allows you to legally keep fire doors open using a magnetic device on the wall and keeper plate on the door. This can help to increase ventilation and access, without compromising fire safety or warp the door.

In the event of the fire alarm sounding, the door is automatically closed to prevent the spread of smoke and flames. The red button on the device allows users to manually close the door if needed.

There is a timed release option to ensure all fire doors are closed when the building is not in use and the doors will close in the event of a battery power cut. The LED display screen makes it easy to maintain and be aware if batteries are running low.
